Refund and Returns Policy

We hope that you will be entirely satisfied with your purchase however if you do need to return something to us, our friendly team will help. Please see our returns information below. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Can I change my mind?
You have the right to cancel your order within a set number of days.

Goods may only be returned if they are in the same condition as they were on delivery: whole original packs must be unbroken; tamper seals must be intact; and there must be no damage to the original packaging. Certain items will not be accepted for return unless faulty.

Under no circumstances will items be accepted for return if they are damaged from improper handling or abuse, are partly opened or used or the seals or labels removed or tampered with. When returning goods to us, please include your name and address, invoice or order number and full details regarding the item/s being returned. The cost of carriage of non-faulty returned goods is the responsibility of the customer. The company accepts no responsibility for returned items lost or damaged during transit.


What happens if my order is damaged in transit?
As soon as you have received your delivery, we ask that you check all packaging and goods are undamaged. It is the customer’s responsibility to do this. Please take photos of the damaged packaging if possible.

01297 553235 within 24 hours weekdays to notify us of any problems.

For items not collected by our own drivers we recommend that you obtain adequate insurance and proof of postage for all returns, as we cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit to us.


What happens if my order is faulty?

In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a refund, as long as we are notified of the product’s fault within 30 days of it being delivered to you.

This does not affect individual manufacturers warrenties.
